I believe everyone has the capacity for poise and grace!


Studying such a wonderful art form will strengthen your body and give you an incredible sense of accomplishment.
You will be surprised by your ability to learn and create something you never before thought possible.
Classes are challenging and fun! 
If you like creative hobbies, this medium is for you.
It's also a great way that get in shape and stay that way! 

 

             

In the beginning we start with basic movements or tricks.




                               These tricks allow you to build strength and endurance, and help you learn how to use your apparatus almost like an extension of yourself.
As you progress, you will soon be creating your own personal routine! One of my biggest joys is to see students evolve and come up routines of their own.
